1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Advanced Employer Solutions' platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
AES provides a cloud-based human resources management platform offering tools for recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, analytics, and related HR functions.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Accounts are for business use only
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use the Service to harass, discriminate, or harm others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Violate intellectual property rights
5. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AES from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 90 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement 30 days before taking effect.
